It is produced with the black truffle from Périgord and a mild extra virgin olive oil from _Nyons_ in the Provence. It is delicious on meat, pasta, risotto and vegetables. We particularly like it on a Sunday roast, as you can use the truffle and slice it on the red meat, it is absolutely delicious.
Many customers tell us that they particularly appreciate the balance and harmony of the oil and the truffle, which makes easy to use on many dishes. The beautiful bottle also make it a frequent gift, whether for a dinner party or a special occasion.

The French Black truffle flavoured olive oil from aix&terra won a star from the Great Taste Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Foods in 2022. Here are the comments from the Great Taste judges: “We could tell this was a black truffle oil immediately, with its head-turning aroma. On the palate, we were wowed immediately: it was such a luxurious elegant oil, so light and delicate with the oils of
the real truffles maintained and just a kick of pepper to finish. You’ve handled this incredibly well. It would be perfect with pasta, roast potatoes, a roast, drizzled on a salad, so versatile. Brilliant, well done.”.

Nestled along the renowned Nationale 7, a culinary haven in Provence, aix&terra was established by Richard and Marina Alibert. Inspired by a love for authentic flavours, they traded Parisian living for a gastronomic journey. Teaming up with Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano, they collaborated with local producers, infusing creativity into recipes, including the exquisite addition of black truffle oil.

Artisan Olive Oil Company

This is actually one our most favourite Valentine’s gifts:
www.artisanoliveoilcompany.co.uk/collections/food-gifts/products/aix-terra-black-truffle-oil-200ml

This is actually one our most favourite Valentine’s gifts: its actually French Black Truffle flavoured oil…artisanoliveoilcompany.co.uk The French Black truffle flavoured olive oil from aix&terra is one of the most popular products in their range.
