150g Maple Sunrise cereal, lightly crushed<\/p>\n

50g pecans, coarsely chopped<\/p>\n

50g ground almonds<\/p>\n

50g vegan butter melted<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preheat your oven to 180\u00b0C (fan).<\/p>\n

In a large saucepan, combine the prepared apples, berries, vegan butter, maple syrup and spices.<\/p>\n

Cook over a medium heat until the apples are just softened and everything is coated evenly.<\/p>\n

Stir in the cornflour slurry, you should end up with a thick, glossy filling.<\/p>\n

Remove from the heat and transfer to a baking dish. Set to one side while you prepare the crumble.<\/p>\n

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cereal, chopped pecans and ground almonds.<\/p>\n
