Scotland\u2019s largest family-run dairy to support elite university athletes with naturally high-protein
\ndairy products<\/p>\n

Graham\u2019s Family Dairy has joined forces with the world\u2019s top university for sports-related
\nsubjects* as its Official Protein Dairy Partner, providing high-quality, natural protein products to
\nfuel the university\u2019s elite athletes.<\/p>\n

Scotland\u2019s largest family-run dairy, which produces a variety of high-protein, natural dairy
\nproducts, will work closely with the Loughborough Sport nutrition team. The university adopts a
\n\u2018food first\u2019 approach to nutrition, prioritising whole foods as a primary source of fuel and nutrients
\nfor its athletes who train and compete at elite standards worldwide.<\/p>\n

Loughborough University has a history of success at the world’s elite sporting events and
\nParalympic Games; affiliated athletes secured a total of 35 medals across both Paris games this
\nsummer. 19 medals were won at the Paralympic Games\u2013 seven gold, six silver, and six bronze,
\nwhile 16 medals were won earlier during the first phase of the Paris Games (four gold, four silver,
\nand eight bronze).<\/p>\n

Andrew Shepherd, Performance Nutrition Lead for Loughborough Sport, said:

\nits natural composition and effectiveness. For optimal muscle recovery post-exercise, athletes
\nshould consume around 20 grams of protein within 30 minutes of training. Graham\u2019s Family
