St~Germain is celebrating the spritz throughout the summer across a selection of London bars and restaurants.<\/h3>\n

Haven\u2019t you heard? It\u2019s a \u2018Hugo Spritz summer\u2019 according to actress Sophie Turner!<\/p>\n

The iconic St~Germain cocktail, the Hugo Spritz, is a light, bright and refreshing cocktail with perfectly balanced notes of elderflower and bright and zesty aromas of lime and mint.<\/p>\n

Here is the perfect recipe for the St~Germain Hugo Spritz<\/p>\n

Here’s to a sparkling summer!<\/p>\n

St-Germain Hugo Spritz<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

40ml oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur<\/p>\n

60ml Martini prosecco<\/p>\n

60ml Soda water<\/p>\n

8-10 mint leaves<\/p>\n

Lime wedge for garnish<\/p>\n

Mint sprig for garnish<\/p>\n

Recipe:<\/p>\n

Add ice into a wine glass.<\/p>\n

Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves.<\/p>\n

Top with sparkling wine and soda water.<\/p>\n

Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients.<\/p>\n

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.<\/p>\n
