The streets disagree.<\/h3>\n<p>Two teenagers connect across the divides of London\u2019s gangs. Meteor, a WMD, and Jaycee, from a different postcode. Yet their deepening relationship feels matched at every turn by the hostility of the world around them.<\/p>\n<p>To escape its grasp they\u2019ll need all their smarts, and faith in one another.<\/p>\n<p>To survive what\u2019s coming, they\u2019ll need something far greater.<\/p>\n<p>Adrian P Conway, author of novella, The Pelican Crossing, lives in a house near St Albans with other Conways but no dog. He writes gritty, soulful, literary fiction including micro and short stories many of which can be found on his imaginatively named Adrian\u2019s Fiction Substack (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/adrianconway.substack.com\">https:\/\/adrianconway.substack.com<\/a><\/span><\/span>). He is currently busy writing his first novel out of the story world of The Pelican Crossing.
