\n\u2022 1 orange
\n\u2022 1 lemon

\n\u2022 2 tbsp of pineapple syrup
\n\u2022 300ml sparkling wine
\n\u2022 100ml soda water
\n\u2022 Large ice cubes
\n\u2022 Several sprigs of fresh mint<\/p>\n

For the candied peel garnish:
\n\u2022 Orange peel
\n\u2022 1 tbsp of sugar<\/p>\n

Method:
\n1. Start by making the \u2018candied peel\u2019 to decorate the glass. Cut the orange into wedges and remove the peel. Thinly slice the peel and place in a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix well. Put to one side.
\n2. Cut the lemons in to wedges.
\n3. Add the citrus wedges to a cocktail shaker and press against the sides of the shaker to release the juices.
\n4. Add the Croft Original, ice and pineapple syrup to the shaker and shake, shake, shake.
\n5. Pour the infused Croft Original into a glass with ice and top it with the sparkling wine.
\n6. Garnish with the candied orange peel and a sprig of fresh mint.<\/p>\n

Sandro\u2019s Al Fresco Bruschetta
\nPrep Time: 15 \u2013 20 Minutes | Serves: 4-6<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n\u2022 Sliced ciabatta
\n\u2022 1 clove of garlic – crushed
\n\u2022 40g of spreadable butter (or dairy-free spread)
\n\u2022 250g cherry tomatoes
\n\u2022 1 orange, peeled, skinned and cut into wedges
\n\u2022 1\/2 red onion, finely sliced
\n\u2022 A handful of fresh mint
\n\u2022 3 tbsp olive oil
\n\u2022 Pinches of salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and dried oregano
\n\u2022 Optional: 100g hard goats\u2019 cheese<\/p>\n

For the pineapple hot honey garnish:
\n\u2022 200g runny honey (or maple syrup)
\n\u2022 1 chilli, deseeded and chopped finely
\n\u2022 25ml of Croft Original
\n\u2022 1 tin of pineapple chunks<\/p>\n

Method:
\nStart with the garnish:
\n1. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and Croft Original with the chillies, until slightly bubbly.
\n2. Sieve the honey to remove all the chillies and discard them.
\n3. Cut the pineapple chunks into very small cubes.
\n4. Return the honey to the pan, add the pineapple, cook for a further 2 minutes then remove from the heat and allow it to cool down.<\/p>\n

Making the bruschetta:
\n5. Preheat the grill until hot, slice the ciabatta and toast on both sides until golden and almost charred.
\n6. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, cut the peeled and skinless orange wedges in quarters and finely slice the red onion.
\n7. Add it all to a mixing bowl with a drizzle of the olive oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano, and dried parsley. Give it a mix to coat, cover and rest in the fridge until ready to use.
\n8. Add the crushed garlic to the butter and mix well.
