The Trethowan Brothers make cheese in an open vat the traditional way using raw, Organic milk. Their Gorwydd Caerphilly has been named Britain\u2019s best cheese and 7th best worldwide at the World Cheese Awards in 2021\/22 and our Traditional Somerset Cheddar was nicknamed \u201cThe Aston Martin of Cheddar\u201d by none other than Jamie Oliver in 2020!
