<\/p>\nA collaboration between eye-catching UK underwear brand OddBalls and rugby legend Doddy Weir\u2019s motor neurone disease (MND) charity, is raising valuable funds to help improve the lives of those affected by the disease. OddBalls has produced a range of limited-edition pants and bras that feature a \u2018Doddie Weir\u2019 tartan-style design, and sales of the products are also contributing to the My Name\u2019s Doddie Foundation, which supports individuals living with MND, and their families.<\/p>\n

Doddie Weir OBE is one of rugby\u2019s most recognisable personalities. He was diagnosed with MND in 2017 and in the same year set up the My Name\u2019s Doddie Foundation. The OddBalls range features a special tartan-style pattern in colours that call out some of Doddie Weir\u2019s most significant sporting associations and achievements, with blue and white to represent the colours of Scotland, and black and yellow for Melrose Rugby Football Club.<\/p>\n
Available now at My Name\u2019s Doddie \u2013 OddBalls (myoddballs.com<\/a><\/span><\/span>), the collection includes boxer shorts and briefs for men, women and teens, as well as bralettes for women and teenage girls, all made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane and featuring OddBalls\u2019 distinctive branding and contrast waistband. Men\u2019s sizes range from XS to 3XL, women\u2019s from 6 to 20 (pants) and XS to 3XL (bralette), teen boys\u2019 from XXS to S and teen girls’ from 6 to 10. Prices start from \u00a311 and \u00a32 from every unit sold goes towards the work of the foundation.<\/p>\n To date, OddBalls has donated over \u00a344,500 to the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation which gives considerable sums to the MND Association and MND Scotland to ensure the holistic needs of patients and their families are understood and met.<\/p>\n Founded in 2014 as part of an initiative to raise awareness about testicular cancer, OddBalls has quickly grown to become one of the UK\u2019s biggest underwear brands and has expanded its charitable objectives during that time. With its growing range of products and sporting partnerships, OddBalls has raised over \u00a3650,000 for charities and aims to have topped the \u00a31m mark by 2023.
