\n10ml Lemon Juice and 10ml Ramsbury
\nEstate honey syrup* to a cocktail shaker.
\n\u2022 Shake with ice.
\n\u2022 Top with soda water.
\n\u2022 Garnish with a lemon zest and
\nsprig of rosemary.<\/p>\n
\nAdd equal parts of honey (250g) and water (250ml) in a small saucepan and heat until the honey
