Make your Idahoan Perfect Mash according to packet instructions<br \/>\n2. Mix in 200g cheese, season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli flakes to taste and allow to cool.<br \/>\n3. Once cooled, take a handful of the mixture and form into croquettes. Repeat until all of the mixture is used.<br \/>\n4. Set up a breading station. Toss each in flour, then egg, then Panko breadcrumbs.<br \/>\n5. Repeat with remaining croquettes.<br \/>\n6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare Garlic Perfect Mashed Potatoes according to packet instructions.<br \/>\n2. Add half the grated cheese, chives and bacon to the mashed potato.<br \/>\n3. Remove stems from clean mushrooms and stuff caps with potato mixture<br \/>\n4. Spread olive oil and minced garlic on bottom of walled baking tray.<br \/>\n5.
