Elda\u2019s Kitchen is inspired by Elda herself, Al\u2019s mom, because she always loved cooking.
\nAs it usually happens, in cases like this, it all started with an innocent comment across the Abronzino family dinner table\u2026
\n\u201cDad, you should sell your Jamaican Jerk Sauce\u2026 it\u2019s too good to keep to yourself!\u201d
\nAnd so it all began for \u201cBig Al\u201d Abronzino and his family in 1993. Al had been in the grocery business for several years in California and had a working knowledge of the industry. Armed with only one flavor, his original Jamaican Jerk sauce, Elda\u2019s Kitchen Cooking and Grilling Sauces, was born.
\nAnd now, 20 years later, Elda\u2019s Kitchen offers a variety of unique flavors of marinades, cooking and grilling sauces, and can be found in grocery and specialty stores throughout the United States and Canada. Last year, the company shipped over a quarter-million cases of its 8-ounce bottles, and more than 50,000 cases of its one-gallon bottles.
