Patton Group ‘scores’ with continued sponsorship of Ballymena Rugby

The Patton Group has confirmed it is to continue its role as principal
\nsponsor of Ballymena RFC.<\/p>\n
The market-leading construction group will remain as major sponsors of
\nthe Eaton Park-based All-Ireland League club for a further three years.<\/p>\n
Patton Group Chairman, David Patton, whose links with the club stretch
\nback to 1951 when he joined as a player, said the sponsorship cemented
\nwhat has been a successful association between club and sponsor.<\/p>\n
“It’s simply great that Neil and I, and indeed everyone within Patton
\nGroup, are able to continue our support of Ballymena RFC. I have had
\nalmost 60 years of enjoyment and fun with this great club. This is not
\njust important to us as a business, but also from a family point of
\nview.
\n“We are glad to be in the position to give something back to the club.” <\/p>\n
Patton Group Managing Director, Neil Patton who has also played for
\nBallymena, said: “Rugby has helped in the past, opening doors for us to
\ngrow our business. So, even in these challenging days from a business
\nperspective, sponsorships like this make sense for commercial
\norganisations and sporting clubs alike.”<\/p>\n
David Allen, Chairman of Ballymena RFC continues; “We are well aware
\nthat the professional game is well established and well supported. This
\nmakes it even more important that we have the backing of businesses in
\nthe community, willing to support the Club. We are delighted the Patton
