Liam Cambridge missed the almost impossible conversion but Quins were in control.

The score of the game arrived after 19 minutes when a long kick from Bohs saw Cambridge launch Scholes on his way from Quins’ half. The full-back linked with his pack who carried the ball strongly into Bohs’ 22 and Dass provided the assist as Scholes got on the end of the number eight’s pass to cross the line in the left corner.

Cambridge nailed an superb conversion and Quins were 12-0 up which is how the first half finished despite the home side losing Kenny McComb to the bin and Bohs’ missing an injury time penalty.

Quins had a stranglehold in the second half – which saw Taggart enter the fray – and an early Cambridge penalty put them 15-0 up before Dass scored after the home side had, not for the first time, shunted Bohs off their own scrum ball.

Cambridge missed the touchline conversion put the home side couldn’t get over again despite a hugely impressive drive to the line and then later a Scholes kick and chase coming close.

But Quins, who then lost Lutton to the bin in the final minute, had to make do with the regulation win.

Starman: Daniel Dass

WAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Quins 20-0 UL Bohemians by Web Master BELFAST Harlequins overcame the appalling conditions at Deramore to impressively rack up their third consecutive AIL win in what was a clinical display of dominance pretty much from start to finish.
