\nThis year, Negroni Week occurs in September (14-20th).
\nBrockmans Gin celebrates this deliciously famous classic with a trio of alternative recipes. The classic combination of 3 equal measures of gin, Campari and Red Vermouth is hard to beat.
\nWhen you have an astonishing gin to hand, creating some slightly surprising twists on the Negroni theme can produce some delicious surprises.
\nThe combination of botanicals in Brockmans Gin includes notes of bitter-sweet orange peel, blueberries, and blackberries. By combining Brockmans with just two other ingredients, the results are surprising and unusually delicious \u2013 perfect for Negroni Week or, frankly, any time you and your guests deserve a sophisticated and delectable creation.
\nThe Negroni has three ingredients and here we bring you three simple and distinctive Negroni recipes, each with three main ingredients.<\/p>\n

Brockmans Sundown Vermouth
\nBrockmans Negroni Blanco
\nBrockmans Summer Negroni<\/p>\n

SUNDOWN VERMOUTH
\nIngredients:
\n35ml Brockmans Gin
\n25ml Rosso (red) Vermouth
\n15ml Triple sec
\nGarnish: A thin slice of dehydrated orange
\nMethod:
\nFill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes pour in the Brockmans Gin, the Rosso Vermouth and Triple Sec and stir in the glass.
\nGarnish with the dehydrated orange.
\nNEGRONI BLANC0
\nIngredients:
\n35ml Brockmans Gin
\n35ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
\n40ml Sparkling grapefruit (20ml grapefruit juice \/ 20ml soda water)
\nGarnish: a thin wedge of pink grapefruit
\nMethod:
\nFill a tumbler glass with ice cubes then add 35ml Brockmans Gin and 35ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco and top with equal measures of grapefruit juice and Soda water. (40ml in total) Give it a gentle stir in the glass.
\nGarnish with the pink grapefruit.
\nSUMMER NEGRONI
\nIngredients:
\n50ml Brockmans Gin
\n25ml Antica Formula
\n25ml Aperol
\n4 Raspberries
\nGarnish: a slice of dehydrated orange
\nMethod:
\nMuddle 4 raspberries in a shaker and then add ice cubes and all the other ingredients. Shake till chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over an ice ball.
\nGarnish with the dehydrated orange.
