Together we can fight this!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Get down with the karate kids on YouTube:<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"easyFitness - Family Workout 1\" width=\"820\" height=\"461\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/soNj9L33fFo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Facebook: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/easyGym\/\">www.facebook.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>George hopes that by bringing the essence of Karate and functional training to a workout routine and streaming it into people\u2019s homes, he will encourage people to get fitter and strengthen their minds through his exercises and teaching.<\/p>\n<p>He wants them to have the warrior spirit to fight through this, expressed in the Kai, the Warrior\u2019s Cry at the end of an exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Ten-year-old Sebastien and Scarlett, eight, started taking up the karate exercises during the lockdown at their home in Farnborough, Hampshire.<\/p>\n<p>Seb says: \u201cDad\u2019s exercises are really great. We look forward to them each day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And Scarlett says: \u201cAlthough I\u2019m two years younger than Seb, I\u2019m nearly as good as he is! It shows that kids of any age can do these exercises.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dad George has worked with local schools in Hampshire to help children with challenging behaviours. He has run both children\u2019s and adult karate clubs with ages ranging from five years to 70.
