When love is in the air, a cocktail should be in your hand. Darkly seductive Brockmans Gin, the gin like no other, is famed for its blueberry and blackberry notes. For Valentine\u2019s Day, pour some of this delicious spirit from its black bottle and create some rose-coloured drinks that ring with romance in both taste and colour.<\/p>\n

We bring you two cocktails that are perfect for your Valentine: Brockmans version of a \u2018new classic\u2019 \u2013 The Cosmopolitan\u2019; and a contemporary original concocted by Brockmans\u2019 mixologists \u2013 the Brockmans Fros\u00e9 \u2013 pink, sparkling and bubbling over with passion<\/p>\n

These gin cocktails may be pink \u2013 but they are decidedly not pink gin. Think glamour and sophistication. Let the romance beGIN!<\/p>\n

Brockmans Cosmopolitan<\/p>\n

35ml Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n

15ml Cointreau<\/p>\n

15ml Fresh lime juice<\/p>\n

30ml Cranberry juice<\/p>\n

Lime<\/p>\n

Add the gin, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice and a handful of ice into a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled stemmed glass and serve with a lime twist.<\/p>\n

Brockmans Fros\u00e9<\/p>\n

45ML Brockmans Gin<\/p>\n

25ML Combier Rose liqueur<\/p>\n

5ML Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice<\/p>\n

100ML Sweet Ros\u00e9 Wine<\/p>\n

2 X small scoops crush ice<\/p>\n

Add 45ml Brockmans Gin, 25ml Combier Rose Liqueur, 5ml Lemon juice and 100ml Ros\u00e9 wine to a shaker and shake over ice. Then strain the contents into a large stemmed wine glass filled with crushed ice.<\/p>\n

Alternatively add all the ingredients into a blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed, then scoop the frozen mixture into a large stemmed wine glass.<\/p>\n

Garnish with sugared or fresh rose petals.<\/p>\n
