\nThe weekend started with the clubs lights and pitches being used on friday night for some school matches.<\/p>\n
At 5pm RBAI 1st XV played BRA 1st XV in a friendly. Both schools are awaiting their stage to enter the schools cup and both had open days on saturday so under lights on friday evening gave them a chance of a game. RBAI were convincing winners 50-0 although BRA stuck to their task and came more into it in the second half.<\/p>\n
We wish both sides luck when they enter the schools cup.<\/p>\n
Later at 6.30 RBAI Medallion played Presentaion Brothers College (cork) in a much closer contest. RBAI eventually won 20-0 but had to work hard to break down a stubborn PBC defence.<\/p>\n

Now to the saturday fuxtures.<\/p>\n
The U17s lost their league play off match 5-22 at home to Dromore. It was a very enetertaining game and the difference in the sides was some missed tackles on the Instonians side.<\/p>\n
The 1st XV lost their All Ireland league match at home to Armagh 10-31. Overall it was a dissappointing performance and in the end it was Armagh pushing for a bonus point try that kept the match alive. 7 games left and Instonians now to play most of their relegation rivals in what is going to be a nial bitting end to the season.<\/p>\n
