    NUTTY KRUST FLOODLIT TOURNAMENT 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Rules & Regulations<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The competition will be for players born in on or before 1 July 1994 and 30 June 1996 (Under 19s).<\/li>\n
    2. IRFU Age Grade Regulations for U 19 rugby will apply<\/li>\n
    3. Team squads will consist of a maximum of 22 players-5 of whom should be designated to play in the front row.<\/b><\/li>\n
    4. Team list along with IRFU Registration number must be given to a PRFC representative who will meet participating teams on the night.<\/li>\n
    5. SCHOOL PLAYERS:<\/b> Clubs may play up to a maximum of 3 schools players in the competition i.e. the same players. <\/i>They must not be Schoolboy Interprovincial\/International players<\/span>. These players must have an IRFU Registration number & their school must be noted on the team list.<\/b> The Principal or the Master in charge of rugby in the school attended by player(s) must give their written permission on school headed notepaper and this permission letter<\/span> needs to be presented with the team sheet when the player(s) first play. If a letter with all of the relevant details, as listed, is not presented then the player(s) CANNOT PLAY! <\/span>There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n
    6. In the event of a colour clash PRFC will provide a change (unless clubs wish to provide their own).<\/li>\n
    7. Clubs must provide a touch judge for match (Touch judges will be designated by the club\/Branch for the final and possibly for semi finals).<\/li>\n
    8. The Ulster Branch will provide a referee for each game.<\/li>\n
    9. In the event of a draw after 70 minutes the following will apply:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Team which scores greatest number of tries progresses to next round.<\/p>\n

      (ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team who scored the first try in the match.<\/p>\n

      (iii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team kicking the most conversions.<\/p>\n

      (iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team who kicked the first conversion.<\/p>\n

      (v)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team kicking the most penalty goals.<\/p>\n

      (vi)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team who kicked the first penalty goal.<\/p>\n

      (vii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team who scores the most drop goals.<\/p>\n

      (viii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If still level, then the team who scored the first drop goal.<\/p>\n

      (ix)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If the above fail to differentiate then the toss of a coin, with coaches involved, will decide who progresses to the next round.<\/p>\n

      (x)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Except in the final, when in the event of a draw the cup will be shared.<\/p>\n

      • Teams will receive 25 food & drink tickets-PRFC will provide food and refreshments for participants<\/li>\n
      • Participants (Players & coaches) will receive a Nutty Krust<\/i> loaf.<\/li>\n
      • There will be a Man of the Match Award presented in the clubhouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
