They trailed 5-7 to Bann at half time but eventually registered a 21-7 success. Michael McCauley and Robert Whitten scored the tries, while Ritchie McMaster had a successful day with the boot, landing 11 points.<\/p>\n<p>Ballynahinch had a bye in round one so their first action came in the quarter finals against Malone, when they scraped a 26-24 win at home to Malone. They were also made to work hard last time out when they sealed their final spot with a 15-23 success at City of Derry.
