If we experience the symptoms of deficiency, it\u2019s possible to experience fatigue, muscle weakness and low tolerance to stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to improve magnesium consumption<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a relaxing bath with Epsom salts \u2013 they contain magnesium salts and are the perfect way to unwind<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eat more dark, green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach as well as nuts, seeds and legumes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A side salad of green leaves and pine nuts with olive oil and lemon juice is a tasty and delicious way to introduce more magnificent magnesium!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li><b>Super Selenium<\/b><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal thyroid function. Warm through. Add the mackerel, boiled egg and soy sauce and gently stir into the rest of the ingredients. Once warm after 1-2 minutes serve immediately.
