On Saturday Armagh made the long journey to the very windy town of
\nBallymoney, for what was a must win game for the young side.<\/p>\n
With yet more changes in personnel the team started brightly with Matty
\nCampbell carrying very well along with John Fletcher and Alex Sterrit. The
\nfirst score came after only 5 minutes when the ball was moved through the
\nbackline to captain Chris Wallace who broke the line and fed Rab Straghan
\nwho dotted down under the posts. Knipe converted.<\/p>\n
Armagh continued to dominate their counterparts with strong carrying and
\ndefence from James Knox, Jason McMahon and Liam McElroy. With 2 scores
\ncoming from Mark Allen, and scores from Wallace, Campbell and Knox. The
\nlast act of the first half was Knipe slotting a penalty from the half way
\nline judging the wind to perfection. <\/p>\n
The second half started differently with Armagh falling asleep and conceding
\n2 soft tries. With renewed vigour Armagh turned this around and scored
\nanother try through a driving maul in the top corner.<\/p>\n
Overall it was a very positive performance from a young side with an average
\nage of 22. Hopefully it will be the start of an impressive run of
