Portadown College and Lurgan College Senior Rugby Squads have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n

Portadown College Senior Rugby Squad have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming season over the last few weeks, and Coaches Andrew Symington and Stephen McDowell have called upon Ulster Rugby\u0019s Fitness Development Coach Paul Heasley to assist them in physically preparing the team for the upcoming games. Paul will be offering support throughout the season to the coaching staff on all aspects of strength and conditioning at all age levels at the school.
