It helps to keep you fit and healthy. It boosts your confidence and mood. It helps you to maintain a healthy weight, and it has many other awesome benefits. But, sometimes, you just don\u2019t want to. You know all of the benefits, but you\u2019ve just got no motivation. You are in a lazy mood. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even those of us that love exercising and usually <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/men\/stick-with-fitness-plan\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stick to a fitness routine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sometimes lose motivation. We get out of bed, and we just don\u2019t fancy going out for a run or hitting the gym. Instead, we want to lie on the sofa and watch TV or spend the morning in bed. Once in a while, there\u2019s nothing wrong with this. In fact, giving yourself permission to be lazy occasionally can be as good for you as exercise. We all need to chill out and take some me time, and there\u2019s nothing wrong with being lazy sometimes. But, what about when it drags on?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you get out of your routine, it\u2019s easy to find yourself making excuses and struggling to get back to it. We like stuff. We like treating ourselves. Buy yourself some new workout gear from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anaxfitness.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anax Fitness<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and you\u2019ll be much keener to test it out. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Remember What You Love<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t fancy going for a run, don\u2019t. Think about what you love to do. Is there an exercise that you enjoy more than any other? If so, find a way to do it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s also a good idea to remind yourself of why you love to exercise. What do you get out of it? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How does it make you feel? Remind yourself of all of the good things, and you\u2019ll be raring to go. It\u2019s also worth reminding yourself that exercise is a great excuse to be lazy another time. Burning extra calories, working out and looking after yourself, gives you an excuse to rest up another time, without it affecting your training plans. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Try Something New<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are struggling to find the motivation to get back to your usual fitness routines, or you can\u2019t remember ever truly loving an exercise, maybe you are doing the wrong things. Trying something new can be a great way to get yourself excited about exercise again. Look for some team sports at your gym or community centre. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intouchrugby.com\/magazine\/schools-3\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Team sport<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can be a great way to start having fun exercising again. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Go for a Walk<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Walking is such an underrated exercise. It gets you off the sofa, it works your muscles and gets your heart pumping faster, and it helps you to burn off extra calories. Don\u2019t underestimate <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/fitness\/in-depth\/walking\/art-20046261\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the importance of walking<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Set Yourself Goals<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Targets and goals and a great way to rediscover your focus and motivation. They don\u2019t have to be large targets, like beating your PBs.
