\nCathie Burns set up mimomake in 2009 to provide a creative outlet for people locally and for visitors. Cathie is a former international knitwear designer and has had her work sold across Europe, USA, Canada and Japan. She has worked with Burberry, Betsy Johnson and Mitsukoshi amongst others.
\nShe also has a degree in fashion and textiles from The University of Ulster and has worked in a lead role in the development of the Craft industry in N. Ireland.
\nAll of our tutors are fully trained and experienced in art and design and also accredited for working with children and vulnerable adults.<\/p>\n
