The person appointed will have as their main priorities delivering an introduction to rugby programme in local schools and the community and the recruitment of players from a diverse range of backgrounds in the age range 11-13 years. In particular he\/she will work in targeted  primary\/secondary schools and offer an outreach programme in them. These schools are likely to be in the South and West Belfast areas and will build on work already commenced in the 2012\/13 season.
