The Seahorses U19s at Instonians RFC are looking to recruit new players and build on their success of last season. <\/p>\n
The team are starting their 1st ‘Touch Rugby’ session of the summer on Thursday 13th June – 8.00pm. @ The Shaw’s Bridge Sports Complex, so come along enjoy the craic and find out what else the players are doing to prepare for the new season.
