Prior to setting up his own business, he gained wide experience while working in three local Consultancy Practises including spells as Resident Engineer responsible for the projects which he designed.<\/p>\n<p>In his previous employment, of 18 years, he worked for a large multi-disciplinary company as an Associate leading a team of engineers and technicians responsible for the design and supervision of many Civil and Structural Engineering Projects.<\/p>\n<p>On September 1, 2003 he formed the company Robert Farnham &#038; Associates Ltd to practise structural engineering.
