PPI accounted for 63% of all complaints, the FCA has reported.<\/p>\n<p>The most complained-about firm was Barclays, followed by Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, credit card lender MBNA, and Santander.<\/p>\n<p>However, Santander topped the list of complaints about mortgages, which had 14,080 complaints. Bank of Scotland had 8,627 complaints, with Northern Rock Asset Management receiving 8,312, Barclays 5,257 and HSBC 4,359.<\/p>\n<p>Source.
