For those staying in this Valentine\u2019s or simply looking to impress with a home-made cocktail before heading out we have three quick and delicious cocktail recipes for you, courtesy of The Trading House in London.<\/p>\n

1. Ends of the Earth \u2013 a twist on the classic Pina Colada<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\nCoconut Puree, 20ml
\nMarie Brizard Vanilla, 15ml
\nLemon Juice, 15ml
\nPineapple Juice, 25ml
\nBacardi Superior, 22.5ml
\nKoko Kanu, 22.5ml<\/p>\n

Glassware:
\nOld Fashioned Glass<\/p>\n

Method:
\nShake all of the ingredients together, and then strain over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and desiccated coconut marshmallows.<\/p>\n

2. Traders Return \u2013 a delicious berry serve named after The Trading House<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\nCanton Red Berry Hibiscus, 4ml
\nCooked Baby Beetroot, 1
\nMarie Brizard Vanilla, 30ml
\nCranberry Juice, 50ml
\nLemon Juice, 15ml
\nAbsolut Raspberry, 30ml
\nVelvet Falernum, 15ml<\/p>\n

Glassware:
\nOld Fashioned Glass<\/p>\n

Method:
\nMuddle the Canton Red Berry Hibiscus, Baby Beetroot and Marie Brizard Vanilla. Then shake together with the other ingredients, and strain over cubed ice. Garnish with a viola flower.<\/p>\n

3. Route to India<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\nCanton Lemongrass & Ginger Gomme, 15ml
\nWray & Nephew Overproof, 15ml
\nHavana Especial, 15ml
\nVelvet Falernum, 15ml
\nMango Juice, 25ml
\nPineapple Juice, 50ml
\nLemon Juice, 15ml
\nKraken, 10ml<\/p>\n

Glassware:
\nBrandy Balloon<\/p>\n

Method:
\nFlame and shake together the ingredients, and serve over cubed ice. Garnish with Canton Red Berry Hibiscus.<\/p>\n
