The difference in altitude and latitude can influence the style of wine. Georges Duboeuf and his team tasted more than five thousand samples over two weeks to craft this cuv\u00e9e. Harvesting of this wine is done manually, in whole bunches, from vines that are over 20 years old. Traditional, semi-carbonic maceration lasts from four to eight days, and malolactic fermentation is fully conducted at temperatures between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Serving Hints:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This wine pairs well with tapas, cheese, charcuterie, poultry and salmon.
