The ebullient Trevor gained revenge over Coleraine V.P. Norman Blair for last year\u2019s defeat. Brian Mitchell and Stephen Elliott were much too consistent for their Coleraine opponents and Cooke went two matches up.<br \/>\nThe battle worn pairing of Ray Black and John McClune had the \u2018assistance\u2019 of caddie Ian Brush. When asked if Ian could read the green, Ray replied, \u2018He couldn\u2019t read the Beano!\u2019<br \/>\nWhen asked, \u2018Where did that one go Ray?\u2019 the reply was \u2018Sorry Amigo, I was lighting a fag!\u2019<br \/>\nThe youthful Coleraine pairing had plenty of laughs as well at this point.<br \/>\nPresident Trevor Barton and Jonny Merser failed to bring home a point.
