This is the perfect winter beer. The flavour conjures up thoughts of long wintery walks on the Scottish hillside. The malty backbone of this beer brings out the sweetness in rich cured meats like venison, haggis and black pudding. This beer is dark bitter in colour with a woody aroma which tastes of toffee with sweet spicy overtones.
