Michael has completed numerous designs both in the RoI &#038; NI, &#038; been invited recently to work on design briefs for both UK mainland &#038; an international client.<br \/>\n1987 Michael graduated  as a Civil engineer  &#038; has worked  initially as a site &#038; measurement engineer,  graduating to Site Agent, project managing many high profile &#038; challenging  UK heavy  civil engineering projects valued  \u00a30.25-\u00a34.5M, (1987-2000), &#038; honed many skills including  contract management, site organisation, manpower &#038; plant  management, difficult sites,  solving contractual &#038; build programme issues &#038; was responsible for preparing &#038; agreeing many site final build measurement accounts &#038; preparing claims for agreement &#038; arbitration.<br \/>\nEst\u2019d 1998, the Belfast based award winning building, light civil\u2019s &#038; landscape company Design &#038; Construct Partnership Ltd.  Build achievements include  Ulster Rugby\u2019s new  Invalidity Stand at Ravenhill, bespoke houses, domestic extensions,  garden rooms &#038;  many beautiful commercial &#038; private family gardens.
