Aperol Spritz is the perfect drink for sipping throughout the year, whether it\u2019s an autumnal afternoon or a balmy summer evening – the sparkling, bitter-sweet taste makes it the ideal choice for any occasion.<\/p>\n

Made with 3Parts Prosecco (75ml), 2Parts Aperol (50ml) and 1Part soda, it is a simple serve that can be enjoyed on its own, or complimented with appetisers (\u2018Chicchetti\u2019 in its native Italian tongue) such as stuffed olives, sun-blushed tomatoes, focaccia bread and parma ham.<\/p>\n

Aperol Spritz is a fantastic serve to share with friends come rain or shine \u2013 creating a unique \u2018Aperitivo Hour\u2019 for all to enjoy.<\/p>\n

What you need –<\/strong><\/p>\n

A bottle of chilled Prosecco
\nA bottle of Aperol
\nSoda, served from a syphon or chilled bottle
\nTall balloon or wine glasses
\nIce cubes
\nSlices of orange<\/p>\n

How to make the perfect serve –<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill the glasses generously with cubed ice
\nFirst pour 3 Parts of Prosecco (75ml) over the ice
\nThen, pour 2Parts Aperol (50ml) into each glass in a circular movement
\nFinish with a dash of Soda (25ml)
\nGarnish with a slice of orange.<\/p>\n

Aperol Spritz is Italy\u2019s favourite aperitivo and is made by mixing Aperol with Prosecco and a splash of soda in a wine glass full of ice and a slice of orange. Bright orange in colour, Aperol has a unique taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its launch in 1919.
