P7 – After a slow first 10 minutes, Cooke’s P7 boys came out ahead in a back and forth first match at CIYMS, and continued their good fortunes the rest of the morning against a strong CIYMS side.<\/p>\n
A great effort from all involved created a balanced attack from all areas of the pitch with both ‘forwards’ and ‘backs’ getting involved in the the scoring throughout the days matches. Defensively strong the entire day, the boys were particularly stalwart during a 2 minute try-line stand towards the end of the day, repelling CIYMS time and time again at the line before eventually winning back the ball.<\/p>\n
