This weeks highlights are the return of the ever popular Schools Cup and Towns Cup competitions in a weekend packed with fixtures.<\/p>\n

The games start on Friday night with Ulster entertaining the big spending Ospreys at Ravenhill in the Magners League. It’s another must win game for Ulster as they try and force their way back into play-off contention and build on\u00a0 last weekend’s scrappy win against Munster.<\/p>\n

Saturday morning means an early start for some with the 2nd round matches of the Northern Bank Schools Cup kicking off at 10:30 across the Province. Round 1 Winners, Strabane Grammar, are rewarded with a cross country trek to face Larne Grammar having beaten Antrim Grammar and Wellington College in the round robin series in December.<\/p>\n

The Powerade Towns Cup fixtures kick off at the more relaxed time of 2:30 on Saturday afternoon with a series of tantalising games with Armagh v Clogher perhaps the pick of the crop.<\/p>\n

With fixtures being decimated due to the weather over the last few weeks there is a chance that some of the scheduled games may not be able to go ahead so check with schools or clubs before travelling.<\/p>\n
