Linghams have been making chilli sauce since 1908 during the British Colonial era, Linghams was specifically aimed at the English palette to provide them with a unique, versatile, sweet and spicy sauce. The same secret recipe is used today and is derived from a secret blend of just 4 ingredients – red chilli, sugar, vinegar and salt.
