The Lettings Process<\/strong> Make an Application \u2013 Please fill in the application forms and return them to our office along with the referencing fee. Once your application has been approved by the landlord the Referencing process can begin. <\/p>\n Approval – After the referencing has been approved we will set up a move in date and arrange for the deposit and first month\u2019s rent to be paid.
