Seahorses welcome boys from all backgrounds. It is the ideal place to make new friends as well as being part of a successful team.<br \/>\nExcellent coaching builds individual, team and life skills. Seahorses have four age grade squads \u2013 under13, under15, under17 and under19.  Each squad has a team of experienced coaches, plus a number of specialist coaches.<br \/>\nIn the season ahead the coaching team will be:<br \/>\nU19 Head coach: Brian Barrett, Assistant coach: Des Spratt \u2013 Coaching nights: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7.30-9pm, league games Saturday afternoons.<br \/>\nU17 Head coach: Keith O\u2019Donnell, Assistant coach: Glyn Moffitt \u2013Coaching night: Thursday evening 7.30-9pm, league games Saturday mornings.<br \/>\nU15 Head coach: Gavin Youngs, Assistant coaches: Stephen Bell and Cameron Williams \u2013 Coaching night: Wednesday evening 7-8pm, league games Saturday morning.<br \/>\nU13 Head coach: Ross Ellerby, Assistant coach: Brian Hughes \u2013 Coaching night: Wednesday evening 7-8pm, leagues games Saturday mornings.<br \/>\nSpecialist coaches:<br \/>\nForwards &#8211; Clem Boyd Former Ulster and Bath Prop Forward<br \/>\nKicking &#8211; Peter Russell Former Irish International and Ulster Outhalf<br \/>\nStrength and conditioning &#8211; Mark McDowell<br \/>\nPerformance analysis \u2013 Jason Lear<br \/>\nPsychological skills &#8211; Bill Lockhart<br \/>\nThis season Seahorses will have the benefit of a new Community Youth Officer, Brian Hughes. Brian has a strong pedigree as both a player and a coach. He has qualifications in sports science and is completing a Master\u2019s degree in Sports Development and Coaching at the University of Ulster. Seahorses have robust child protection and anti-bullying policies and practices which are led by Owen Lambert \u2013 a principal social worker with expertise in child protection.<br \/>\nThe grounds and facilities at Shawsbridge are first class, with easy access and excellent car parking.
