News on some key events and efforts to drive the club forward, new faces (and old faces returning); lots of reasons to be positive for the season ahead. I really think this can be a breakthrough year for the 2nd XV with so many hungry young players at the club. The following are the awards for the 2nd XV in 2011-2012:<\/p>\n<p>Player of the Year (as voted for by players): Andi Stevenson after a very close fight with Leor Ovadia<\/p>\n<p>Young Player of the Year (again voted by players): Jack Wilson in a landslide victory<\/p>\n<p>Top Try Scorer: Ronan Austin (still think there are a couple of dubious ones in there&#8230;..)<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to all the 2nd XV squad for their efforts last season.
