However, when the weekend\u2019s festivities are over and the early mornings start again the nation loses its mojo, putting Monday and Tuesday bottom of the list!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The survey of 2000 Brits by Superdrug, reveals that people want to have sex far more at the weekend than during the week, and the desire to have evening\/night time sex is stronger and more frequent than morning sex, even at the weekend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The results have led Superdrug to develop an entirely new product line of fun lubes named after these specific times, as Alix Fox, Superdrug\u2019s sexpert explains, \u201cIt\u2019s all too easy for sex to slip into a robotic routine, especially in long-term relationships,\u201d Fox says. \u201cThere\u2019s a risk that if couples default to doing the deed in the same way and at the same time, every time, things can soon become stale and boringly predictable rather than passionate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cI\u2019m not at all surprised that Sunday mornings are such a popular slot for sexiness: people are relaxed, and have more time on their hands, so a lay-in often leads to getting laid. And that can be lovely! But simply switching up the day on which you get dirty can be a surprisingly effective way of spicing up sex, and re-energising your relationship. It\u2019s really worth making this small effort, as it can have a big positive impact.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cIf you usually use sex to wind down at the weekend, try humping on \u2018hump day\u2019 instead \u2013 you may well find it makes your working week less monotonous and stressful.
