65 French Members of Barbezieux Rugby Club from the Cognac Region aRRived Derry last week. 24 Under 11’s and 26 Under 14’s boys and girls are being Hosted by our parents from the Mini and Youth Sections of City of Derry RFC. The 15 Parents and Coaches are looking after themselves in Self Catering Accommodation in the City.<\/p>\n

A full itinerary is below of this awesome project has been immense for the city.<\/p>\n

Barbezieux \u2013 French Exchange Itinerary

\n\u2022\tArrive Dublin Airport @ 4.30pm on Flight RYANAIR FR1993 out of La Rochelle
\n\u2022\tPickup Dublin Airport @ 4.30pm \u2013 60 People, – 50 Children + 10 Adults. (Coach 50 Passengers) + Mini Bus (10 Passengers)
\n\u2022\t Arrival at City of Derry, Judges Road approx 9 pm – Welcome and dispersal to Host Families.

\n\u2022\tExchange students to attend Local Schools
\n\u2022\tEvening visit to Bowling Alley. Fixed price to include a meal.
\nFriday
\n\u2022\tHost families to drop students into Derry City Centre approx 9.15-9.30 am
\n\u2022\tGuided tour of City Walls, history etc – followed by Mayor reception
\n\u2022\tCoaching Session for all teams at City of Derry Rugby Club from 5 to7 pm with Ulster Development Coaches + Ulster Rugby Team Players
