It includes a 16km run around McSynes Gun Loop and the Hornhead scenic drive. A 2km kayak across the open sea of Sheephaven Bay. A 42km cycle across the back roads to Muckish Mountain via Ards Foerest Park and through the Creeslough\/Falcarragh railway line with a trek of 3km up and down the spectacular Mountain in between.  www.coastalcancerchallenge.com<\/p>\n<p>All proceeds raised from this event will be going to the nominated charities.
