Instonians were taking the field just four days after their disappointing and energy sapping All Ireland Junior Cup Final defeat by Enniscorthy at Ashborne. Could they bounce back? There were tired bodies and injuries had taken their toll.<br \/>\nIn the end Instonians registered a comfortable 40-5 win, scoring 6 tries to 1 in the process. In truth Instonians held all the aces and were in charge right from the kick off.
