The Ophir 7s is not just a rugby tournament it is a critical asset in the preparations for the imminent new season each year. Now in our second year of coverage this is the first time we have brought the video cameras and boy were we not dissapointed! The skills were awesome, all the clubs have improved on last year, the professional approach is everywhere. the voluntary nature of this is as it should be but remains the cornerstone of club rugby. People giving their time free to the sport they love. It was great to see Tim Barker & Lawrence Caldwell their from the highest level no doubt spotting talent for the future while they were there.<\/p>\n
