They are a very well drilled and skillful side. Their scrum isnt big but technicaly very good; a hard side to play against because they starve you of posession.

A memorable moment?

For me the Quarter final of the Gordon West Cup against Letterkenny was an amazing experience. What I am so proud of is that we shaped up and held our own

What does propping mean to you?

It means self belief, and a very good bond with my team mates. The front row is the first line of defence, it transfers across the field, it gives you a front foot to work from. Without a solid scrum you do not stand a chance against decent opposition.

What does it feel like to prop?

Intense & exhilirating!
