What An Experience!

The tour will see the boys travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town via Pretoria and Port Elizabeth. Grosvenor has a strong touring tradition, which will normally entail a European country on an annual basis and a ‘big’ tour every 5 years. This will be the third time in recent years that they will be in South Africa and it is sure to be a life changing experience for all involved. The schools that Grosvenor will be playing are among some of the finest in South Africa, from Springs Boys High School in Joburg they will move to play Bergsig High School in Pretoria who they have good relations with. They then move to Port Elizabeth to take on Nico Malan High School before finishing off in Cape Town against one of the top South African schools in Paarl Gymnasium. This school has produced Springboks of the calibre of Schalk Burger, Jean de Villiers, Marius Joubert and De Wet Barry. The tour will not be all about rugby however and will take in the cultural delights of this superb country, from the Ostrich Riding in the Eastern Cape to Robben Island and Table Mountain in Cape Town. No doubt this is going to be something to remember for all taking part and the school would like to thank the following sponsors for helping make it possible.

For launch pictures CLICK HERE

Patton Group
Calvert
MinPrint
Robinson Services
Johnston and Kennedy Accountants
Thales Air Defence
Burbridge and DuCann
Galvin Green
Spa Nursing Home Group
Blackthorn Contract Furniture
Marx Corporate
Starplan Furniture
Call a Coach
Littles
NIE

The tour will see the boys travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town via Pretoria and Port Elizabeth.
