On a glorious day for rugby, Ballymoney took the field against Donaghadee looking to take more of their chances than in the two away fixtures at Donaghadee this year, which both resulted in narrow wins despite largely dominating play over both games.<\/p>\n
With the pack bolstered by a back row shift for Andy McConville, returning to play after a few years refereeing, and Brendan Parke adding some experience in the back line, it was a confident side that took the field.<\/p>\n
And indeed Ballymoney set their stall out early, making good use of possession, putting Donaghadee under a lot of early pressure, and playing the game in the right parts of the field.<\/p>\n
