Despite taking the half time lead the lads suffered a few injuries and just missed out in a losing bonus point as the game finished 25-17 to Newry.<br \/>\nThe seconds played Ballyclare 3s at home, and with some returning players it bolstered the side, and the lads gave a performance well over due. 1-16 played intelligent and heads up rugby, with great strength up front.
