Once or twice per year, we have a BBQ get-together here at our property. Our gardens are full of little hidden places where we can host close friends and family. We just love the taste of BBQ from time to time and have for years enjoyed smoked BBQ food! At one of our friend’s parties, they had recently gotten wood chips for smoking right on the grill.
